We spend a third of our lives in bed and getting a good nights sleep is important for health and wellbeing. Making fantastic beds is my passion in life, our ability to control this process makes this possible. That's why  we grow our own fiber for carding in house at our factory in Leeds, we do not need to import our wool and this reduces our carbon footprint. All of the beds we make are hand built not mass produced and they are to customers specification with choices of firmness.

Harrison Spinks is a family business and I am proud to say I come from a line of bed obsessed individuals that enjoy nothing more than building the best beds possible, naturally.

I have worked in the industry since 1962 (you are right - I don't look old enough. It is the quality of sleep that I enjoy!) and for the last 12 years for the family business of Spink and Edgar.

As Spink and Edgar's Sales Director, I am responsible for all business in the UK and Europe, working with a small but dedicated team and the farm is the latest important development in our endevours to become the 'natural' supplier of quality beds.
